Dumping whether done by an outsider or a local person/business creates the damage which will ultimately impact all of us. Please refrain from leaving pallets on the streets without a plan to have them picked up. In the Unincorporated LA County areas, free resources are available to pick up dumped items. Once the homeless build their structures, it will take work to address the situation. Often times, this mess will grow much larger before it is tackled by the County.
Assume that no one else is calling this mess in to have it addressed quickly.
