You can submit a request and typically within 48 hours, a team is dispatched to the location. These teams bring resources, services and options to those needing assistance.
When submitting the request, include as many details as possible. If there are any suspected mental health issues, please specify that in the request so mental health specialists will be deployed.
Within the past 24 hours, we have successfully removed 9 individuals from the streets along Broadway and 135th.
